Cullman Oktoberfest Arts & Crafts Fair Contract and Rules

October 8-9, 2004

1. Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM each day. Setup can begin on Friday, October 8, 2004 at 7am.  Booths must be set up and ready for business by 8 AM on Friday and Saturday.

2. Media: No imports, commercial items, or kits.

3. Displays: All tables must be covered uniformly to the ground. You must supply your own racks, tables, chairs, covers, etc. The coordinator holds the right to have     any item or exhibit removed from the grounds which is determined to be in bad taste or has not been previously approved.

4. Alcohol and Drugs: They will not be tolerated.

5. Pets: No pets allowed.

6. Problems: Bring all problems to the show director in the Cullman County Museum.

7. Parking: All motor homes, travel trailers, and vehicles larger than a standard van or pulling a trailer must park in the DESIGNATED AREA ONLY and must be self-contained.

FEES: Return the form below with an entry fee of $50, two photos, and a self-addressed stamped envelope. Checks should be made payable to Cullman Oktoberfest.

LIMITED electricity is available. If you need electricity, an additional charge of $20 should be added.

THE ARTS & CRAFTS FAIR IS OUTDOORS, AND WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE. FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!

SPACES: All  booths will be approximately 12' x 12'. If you cannot get into one space, we suggest you consider two spaces.

I/We understand that this form is my/our contract with Cullman Oktoberfest, and agree to abide by these rules and any other rules announced by Cullman Oktoberfest and the show director. I/we free Cullman Oktoberfest and/or show director from any responsibility, personal liability, loss or damage in connection with Cullman Oktoberfest Arts & Crafts Fair, nor will I/we be a party to any suit after.
