Junior Art show
The Cullman Arts Council would like to present the 2015 Oktoberfest Junior Sidewalk Art Show and Competition. All entry forms must be completed and turned in by Wednesday October, 7th to John Sachs. Turn them in at Trader Bob's Flea Market and Antique Center, located at 1311 2nd Avenue SW, Cullman, Al 35055. The phone number for any questions is 256-732-4321.
The Art show will take place Saturday October 10th, between 9 AM and 5PM. The location is in front of City Hall. This competition is open to all Cullman area students, grades 1st through 12th. Each student may enter Two total works of art. The art work must be ready to hang for exhibition, on the 10th.
Media that can be chosen are as follows;
Drawing: pen or pencil, black and white or monotone works.
Paintings: acrylics, water colors, oils, pastels and colored pencils.
Ribbons and cash prizes will be awarded in each age division, media, etc,
And the Heritage Award will be awarded to the Drawing or Painting that most depicts Cullman Traditions.
